About me
Seura is a dedicated primary school drama teacher at Chadwick International School, celebrating over 24 years in education, including 19 years in IB World Schools. Her passion is fostering student agency, building an inclusive community, and nurturing creativity and action through drama education. She believes drama is a powerful tool for developing confidence, collaboration, social skills, literacy, and creativity. As an experienced IB workshop leader and consultant, Seura trains public school educators in Korea to enhance their inquiry-based teaching and overall aspects of pedagogy. Her workshops are known for sparking inquiry, being dynamic and engaging, and this has a lot to do with her use of creative modes of adult learning.
