About me
Mark McShea has 23 years of teaching experience, including 15 years at the university level and the past five years at Korea Kent Foreign School (KKFS). He is the Lead Teacher in high school, and currently teaches several AP courses and coaches multiple varsity sports teams. He specializes in academic research, psychology, and critical thinking. As Leader of Character and Mindfulness at KKFS, Mark has helped guide the school’s growing mindfulness program, including daily school-wide guided breathing practices and the launch the KKFS mindfulness YouTube channel. He is passionate about integrating mindfulness into education and empowering students with simple, transformative techniques to enhance their self-awareness and well-being.
