Ricki has over a decade of experience teaching Chinese across the PYP, MYP, and DP. She has worked with learners from primary to high school, including both native and second-language students. Beyond classroom teaching, she actively supports teacher development and brings expertise in classroom management and student motivation. In the international school context, she is passionate about integrating language, culture, and inquiry-based learning to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
